I received my published book and there some problems. How can I get another copy?

Here's what to do:

1. Confirm that the book that you received looks different than the digital proof that you approved.

To see the digital proof that you approved:

• Click on your name at the top of StoryJumper
• Click "My Orders"
• Click on your order (blue text)
• Click "(See approved digital proof)"
• Compare the digital proof with the published copy you received

Our commitment is to publish the digital proof you approved.

2. If the book you received looks different than your approved digital proof, then email us at [e-mail] with

• your order number
• photos of the published pages that are different than the digital proof

We'll review them and sort things out from there.
