What's your return policy?

StoryJumper will gladly replace any book that has defects introduced during the book manufacturing process. Because books are customized, however, please note that we cannot accept returns for items that contain spelling, grammar, or other errors introduced during the online creation process. 

Be sure to compare your published book with the digital proof that you approved. We publish exactly what you approve in the digital proof. You can find your digital proof by going to your Orders , clicking on your order, and clicking on the "Approved" link in the top left.
