When will I receive my ordered books?

To find the status of your order, 

- Log into StoryJumper

- Click on your username at the top

- Click My Orders

- Click on your order

- You'll see the status of your order.

The expected delivery time (in business days, not calendar days)  is shown on the left side. The clock starts from the day that you approve your digital proof, which is shown at the top. Business days do not include Saturdays,  Sundays, or holidays.

When your order ships out, we'll email you the tracking link.
