Students
If you're a student and you signed up with your school email address, then your school may be blocking emails. Use your personal email address instead. If you need to change the email address on your account, log into your account, click "Help", and leave us a message.
Not a Student
If you're not a student, then check your SPAM folders. Your email provider may be blocking emails. If you need to change the email address on your account, click your username at the top, change your email, click "Save My Info", and then verify your email address.
