Initial access rights:
After you add a teacher to one of your classes, they can only access that one class.
They won't be able to access your other classes or anything else in your account.
Furthermore, in that one class, they can access what you can access, but there are restrictions on what they can do. They cannot:
- Delete the class
- Archive the class
- Edit the class settings
- Edit or remove students who were added by other teachers
- Reset the passwords of students who were added by other teachers
- Initiate the sharing of student books
- Remove another teacher from the class
- Make another teacher a Co-owner of the class (see below)
Make another teacher a 'Co-Owner' of a class:
If you'd like to increase what an added teacher can access, you can make them a 'Co-Owner' of a class. Then they can access what you can access in that one class, but they'll have fewer restrictions on what they can do. They cannot:
- Delete the class
- Archive the class
- Remove another Co-Owner of the class
To make an added teacher a Co-Owner of a class, after they accept your invitation, click the near their name and choose "Make Co-Owner'.
